Jarvis Contracting Ltd is seeking to recruit a Site Manager to work on projects in the Northern Home Counties, North London and the South Midlands.

Living and working within a 30 mile radius of the Home Counties, you will be an experienced site manager handling contracts from £1m to £6m in value within the healthcare, education, commercial and housing sectors.

Your responsibilities will include complete construction supervision from contract award. You will lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project within programme and budget while ensuring that quality, health and safety and company procedures are adhered to.

Additionally you will liaise with clients’ consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly, and develop an on-site client focused approach.

You must have a current First Aid at Work certificate and the appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
