The Jarvis Group is a successful building, development, M&E services and property maintenance company. Due to expansion, we are seeking to employ a Homes Division Site Manager.

The successful applicant will be working within a 30 mile radius of our Harpenden offices. You will be handling projects, primarily new homes, valued from £500k to £3m.

You will work closely with our Construction Manager, playing a key role within a small construction team.

Your responsibilities will include supervision of all on-site activities, and leading and motivating the construction team to deliver a high quality product within programme and budget.
