Job description:

• working foreman, preferably carpentry/shop fitting based
• must be prepared to work days/nights/weekends and to stay away from home when necessary
• to carry out initiatives in a working store on tight programmes to high standards and reporting to the contracts manager
• a company vehicle will be provided

Essential experience:

• good communication skills
• good knowledge of retail/building works
• deal with direct labour and subcontractors
• problem solving and working under own initiative
• weekly progress peports
• quality scorecards reporting
• people management skills
• full clean driving license

Essential qualifications:

• First Aid at Work
• IPAF/Access Equipment/MobileTowers
• CDM and Health and Safety understanding/knowledge
• CFPA /Hot works (preferable)
