Jarvis Retail is a successful division of Jarvis Contracting Ltd, a building contracting company based in Harpenden.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic retail site manager, living and working within a 30 mile radius of the Home Counties, to handle contracts from £1m to £6m in value within the retail sector in the Northern Home Counties, North London and the South Midlands.

Your responsibilities will include complete construction supervision from contract award. You will lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project within programme and budget while ensuring that quality, health and safety and company procedures are adhered to. Additionally you will liaise with clients’ consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly, and develop an on-site client focused approach.

You must have a current First Aid at Work certificate and the appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.

The successful applicant will be self motivated and enthusiastic, and have a professional approach combined with an ability to work as part of a team.
