Company Bounce-Back from Buncefield Blow

Local building Group Jarvis are pleased to announce a new contract to Design & Build a Prestigious Headquarters & Production building for PCD Products Ltd., sheet metal & powder coating specialists.

Following the recent explosion at the Buncefield fuel terminal PCD's existing premises in Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead were severely damaged. Jarvis were called in by PCD to provide a complete turn-key solution to re-build their premises with the minimum of delay.

The existing building will be completely demolished and a new 1674mē (18,019 sq.ft.) building erected. The structure will have a steel portal frame with two-storey offices at the front constructed with traditional brick and block, and at the rear profiled metal cladding to the sides and roof.

22No parking spaces will be created when the building is completed together with new hardstanding areas.

The project is due for completion in Autumn 2006.
