Jarvis Maintenance Services is an expanding division of Jarvis Contracting Ltd and undertakes both responsive and planned maintenance work programmes for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and commercial customers.

Drawing upon the expertise of the Jarvis Group’s in-house specialist companies we are able to offer a comprehensive package including both building works and M&E services.

Our operatives, the majority of whom are directly employed, work from over 100 fully stocked vehicles and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many aspects of the process including response times and customer satisfaction are continuously monitored and benchmarked against other similar operations both within Jarvis and with our competitors.
