At roundabout take 2rd exit into Brocket road B653. In 2.1 miles at roundabout take 2nd exit into Cory Wright Way (signposted Luton)

At roundabout take 2nd exit B653 (signposted Luton/Harpenden) In 2.5 miles at mini roundabout in Batford turn left into Station Road B652. N° 1 Waterside is situated 300m on the right hand side.

Junction 10 Luton/Airport. At roundabout Junction 10A take 3rd exit for Harpenden A1081.

At mini roundabout (Kinsbourne Green) go straight across. Continue over the next two sets of traffic lights and mini roundabout which will bring you into Harpenden High Street.

Travel through the High Street until you come to another mini roundabout and turn left into Station Road B652. N° 1 Waterside is 1.25 miles on left hand side.

FROM A5
Travel to Junction 9 of the M1. At roundabout take the junction for Redbourn A5183.

At the next roundabout turn left towards Harpenden B487. Travel for 2.5m and at next roundabout turn left A1081.

Continue over mini roundabout and at next roundabout turn right into Station Road B652. N° 1 Waterside is 1.25 miles on the left hand side.
