Customer feedback, monitoring and measurement of our performance and benchmarking are the tools used to determine the need for refinement of service delivery procedures and additional staff training.

One to One Personal Care
From the moment you first select a Jarvis Home, an individual within our Homes Team will become your sole point of contact, with responsibility and accountability whilst dealing with your particular requirements such as selection of finishes, sale and construction programme and snagging.

6 month defect procedure
Any defects that may have occurred during the first six months of occupation receive Jarvis Homes attention on notification by the homeowner.

10 year NHBC cover
All Jarvis Homes have the benefit of the NHBC 10 year Buildmark warranty.
