as a whole. The Jarvis policy is to assist all of its employees
to realise their personal aspirations and to achieve their highest

We believe that an open management style together with training
and good communication removes barriers, improves working relationships
at all levels and assists in attracting people with a diversity
of backgrounds and cultures.
Jarvis is committed to ensuring equality of opportunity for all
current and prospective employees. In particular, all staff will
be encouraged to develop their own careers and skills through
access to lifelong learning opportunities.
